The accomodations were excellent, but it was the staff at the Parisi that made our trip complete. They went above and beyond their job descriptions by not only offering suggestions for our itinerary but by printing off directions for the each stop. The hotel services are sadly lacking. We checked in and asked for some sparkling water, and were informed there is no such thing.
