Very nice hotel for my week-long stay. Nothing fancy and the neighborhood seemed a little shady at night. But I felt very safe. The staff was friendly and room well cleaned. It's a nice play to stay if you're on a budget. I'd stay here again! more

If you like sleeping with roaches, then please by all means book a room soon. These critters were everywhere in our room. I stayed there for a 2 night stay with my sister and a cousin but little did we know we'd have little visitors spending the night with us. I mean the roaches were coming out of a hole... more
We stayed here for 3 nights in September and had mixed feelings about the place. When we checked in the receptionist (possibly management) was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the area and sorting a room for us although it was 2 hours before check in. The room itself was nice enough, the bathroom was clean and the... more
Avoid this hotel unless the rate is under $30. We paid a $109 for this hotel but the cost should have been around $30. The A/C unit produced a strange odor but it was too hot to not have it on. The location is really sketchy and I wouldn’t really walk outside late at night. Also very loud from traffic,... more
This days inn is in need of a total refit and overhaul, the rooms were on the dark side,air-con was not working prpoperly in room 233,the rooms were needing to be brightened up and also the walkways and corridors to and from the rooms to the car park, receptionand to hollywood bld itself. If all this was done it would be a goldmine... more
I am shocked that this is a Day's Inn. The night I spent here has got to be one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had - and I have traveled quite a bit and have stayed at all manner of hotels, motels, b&b's, hostels, resorts, etc. I stayed here one night to visit with friends who live... more
Be advised, if you are lookin for something special this ain't it. It's basically a low average motel. The furniture is beat, the linens are hole ridden and please for god's sake, don't wonder too much about just what those weird spots are on the blanket. Just pull up the spread and try to forget about it. I like a... more
I paid $67 a night (internet rate) for a Sunday, Monday stay in May before the Memorial Day weekend. Our room and the Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly. No complaints. They have a decent amount of parking spaces and there were always a few left at night. Across the street is a 24 hr Ralphs grocery store, Ross Dress... more
This really was not great. We checked in, were initially given a room on the ground floor, it was somewhat run down but bearable. However, the window would not lock and opened directly onto a carpark on the outside of the property. After initially being offered a piece of wood by the guy at reception, to secure the window to... more
I stayed at this motel in March 2007 when I visited LA from Australia. I booked this motel based on the good reviews I saw on this site however now I found them to be misleading. I just want to provide a different point of view here. I am not a critical person. In fact this would be the first... more
