I used this hotel for one night only to go and see a couple basketball games at Staples. The people who work there dont speak the best English! it's the worst hotel, sorry motel, in the whole hollywood. 50% of their dirty rooms are filled with prostitutes and transexuals. Their desk clerks are bunch of bangladesis who barely speak english. Had the worst experience of my life staying there. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!! more

Budget Inn is located in a seedy area across from the fenced in Hollywood High School. However, it is convenient to the Chinese theatre, Kodak Center, Jimmy Kimmel show etc. and reasonably priced. Room was clean though had an odd odor that I couldn't identify. Staff was excellent with directions and advice--patient, too. more

If you love getting harrassed by prostitutes and their pimps at all hours of the night, you will love the Budget Inn. Not an awesome area per se - right across from Hollywood highschool. Two blocks from an In N Out Burger!! One block south of Hollywood Boulevard and the Chinese Theatre. Nice Rooms. Fairly Cheap. I liked it and will go back. Just keep driving if any crazy drunks try to talk to you. more
