I can first start off by saying it is not worth the $220+ price to stay here. The one thing that REALLY bothers me is when these "high end" hotels charge for internet access. What a bunch of BS. There is a local, economy motel in my town that offers free wi-fi and only charges $30. It's even more ridiculous... more

This is a great hotel for central location in LA. The Metro station is across the street and several bus stops nearby. Buy a weekly pass for $17 (Sunday to Sunday) it is a great way to travel and worth every cent. A daily travel card is $5. The hotel is clean but very expensive to eat at. The hotel... more

$26 for parking is too much. Especially since access to the parking garage requires one to walk through the attached mall. I suggest skipping breakfast at the hotel. There are several small bakeries and juice joints within the mall, which provide cheaper and quicker breakfast options. As an alternative, I would receommend the Sheraton in Universal City, which is much... more

I just finished a 4 night stay at the Sheraton Downtown Los Angeles. I was placed in this hotel as part of a conference. I've stayed in a few hotels in downtown LA, and after staying at the Sheraton I can say that there are much better options. There's really nothing terribly wrong with the Sheraton. But there's nothing that... more

I stayed at this hotel in January, but this time a one-block walk revealed new opportunities for me (and you) for convenient transportation if you don't have a car. Check-in was very smooth through the courteous registration staff, even at 11:00 am. My king-sized bed room was spacious and accommodating. If you're a Starwood member, the water in your room... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown while attending a professional conference at the Convention Center. Over all my stay was above average, however, I felt it was inconsistent in service and amenities for a Sheraton. Check in was great and my room was spacious and comfortable. I was disappointed in the hotel information provided in the information folder.... more

I got the Sheraton through Priceline and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The Lobby area was very nice, the desk staff polite and the concierge was extremely helpful. The room was a very decent size although I got the customary priceline room with a view of wall – not an issue for me. In fact I’m surprised this... more

I stayed at this hotel from 5/25 - 5/26 for a leisure trip in Los Angeles. For people driving to the hotel, keep in mind that parking is $22 which was not mentioned anywhere when I booked the reservation. Also, actually getting to the parking structure is quite confusing and strange. You have to go into the Macy's Parking structure... more

I onlyl stayed here because it was the only place I could find with a room at the last minute when I needed one. serivice overall was below average, nothing too scary just not attentive. Rooms were below average a little on the dirty side. As a last resort it fit my need however I would never make a reservation... more

If you want to stay downtown, this is the place. I was there on business and had to be all over the area, and the hotel was always within a few blocks so I walked everywhere. It was clean, modern and the staff are super friendly and helpful without the snobby attitude of some Hollywood hotels. I am always very... more
