What a NIGHTMARE. BATES MOTEL 2007. Rooms are dirty, smelly, unkept. Lobby is good indication of rooms it's filty. Practically vacant BUT GIVES give 2nd floor rooms. I think so you can't get away easily. Equipment is nonworking or barely working. Staff is rude, insulting arguementative and LIARS!!! Don't stop here. STAY IN YOUR CARS!!!! Horrible place. This room was by far the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. Used tissue under the bed, not vacuumed , a tub full of hair, and a dead bug in our bed. In the middle of agricultural California is Los Banos. This property is at the bottom of Days Inn chain. Everything needs renovation and is not to the standard of a modern motel chain. If coming to Los Banos try and choose something else if there is any choice at all. more
