This hotel has got to start alerting guests to events taking place during their stay. I stayed for 2 nights while on business travel. My overall good experience was tainted by three things. I could not retrieve a phone message, since the phone wasn't in proper working order. Maintenance could not fix the problem and I never was able to retrieve my message. I asked for a wake-up call at 5am and again at 5:10am.... more
