I stayed here while working at NASA, Ames Research Center. It's just on the other side of the freeway, which does make this hotel convienient to NASA and Moffett Field. I picked this hotel for two reasons: Proximity to a conference I was attending at Yahoo's campus, and (low) price. I expected, well, little... I was surprisingly happier than expected. this was so difficult to find - having negotiated SF and San Diego we had the biggest shouting match ever just trying to get here!!! Stayed overnight as going to a concert at Shoreline Ampitheatre and had pleasant afternoon by pool - no facilities near by except for a small supermarket - it did the job for a transit journey... more

In all honesty, I did not stay overnight here. I registered, and after seeing the room I asked for a complete refund. I'm not sure if the room they gave me was representative of all their rooms, but it was apalling! Windows were in disrepair, room smelled bad, and sheets were dirty. Fine to adequate business hotel. Next to interstate, you may want to ask for a room facing away. Sign on wall of building stated "may contain carninogenic materials" - I guess internal asbestos. Free wireless internet. Free continental breakfast. more
