I picked this hotel because it had a fitness center and its location. I have been to the Courtyard in MDR several times and the service is always excellent. My room here was too small for the money. This is a typical Courtyard property. The rooms, common areas and exterior areas are clean, well kept, and up to date. You get reasonable quality at somewhat reasonable prices.
