What a Gem On a holiday from the UK we travelled from New York, Las Vegas and finally at The Chase Palm Springs. A great and friendly welcome greets you when you arrive at the Chase. The rooms are fantastic, the pool is even better and the hospitality and friendliness of everyone is second to none. Continental breakfast absolutely great.... more

This was my first visit to the Chase and I hope it won't be the last. Everyone and everything was great! All of the guests were clearly having a good time and nearly everyone was a repeat visitor, including a foursome from the UK. Family- and pet-friendly, the rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The staff treated me like an... more

We stayed at the Chase 2 years ago and went back this year for our anniversary because we had such a great time prior. Our second stay was even better! They now have DVD players in all rooms which was awesome for our 2 1/2 year old. We stayed in room 101. This hotel is totally clean, and I'm a... more

Motel-style 2 storey with rooms on two sides overlooking pool. Some downstairs rooms look dark but remain cool.Everything spotlessly clean; large room with seating area ; our upstairs corner room had decent kitchen+ table, 4 chairs & 2 fridges. The view is stunning. This must be the most beautiful and convenient location in town. The glorious pool area is also kept immaculate.... more

Another visit to our favorite Palm Springs home-away-from-home and as always, it was a wonderful, fun and hassle-free stay. The staff always does a terrific job and the other guests are always friendly and warm. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the Tennis Club district and close to everything downtown. The best staff, the best guests,... more

I spent quite alot of time researching hotels where my toddler and I could get away on a budget. I came across the reviews for The Chase and found that the majority had a lot of great things to say ... and even recommended families with children... .......You cannot imagine my disappointment........ This place is so quiet, you feel uncomfortable... more

A friend of ours had stayed at The Chase, and when it came time for our "Girls Only" vacation she said she knew of the perfect place. And she was right! I am a lover of mid-century modern, and The Chase did not disappoint. No, it is not in pristine condition, but for us, that is part of it's charm.... more

The chase is in a great location just one street off of the main Palm Springs intersection. The price of $119 per night is a decent value for the area. The Chase is an average hotel (really a converted motel). The rooms are clean but a dated. You can't compare rooms to a higher end hotel. The front desk staff... more

The Chase has become our family's summer tradition. My now-10 and 12 year old simply assume that we will be spending several nights at the Chase each summer. I know it's HOT in the summer, but we just walk from our room to that sparkling wonderful pool - back and forth all day. This is one hotel pool where rafts... more
