A friend of ours had stayed at The Chase, and when it came time for our "Girls Only" vacation she said she knew of the perfect place. And she was right! I am a lover of mid-century modern, and The Chase did not disappoint. No, it is not in pristine condition, but for us, that is part of it's charm.... more

The chase is in a great location just one street off of the main Palm Springs intersection. The price of $119 per night is a decent value for the area. The Chase is an average hotel (really a converted motel). The rooms are clean but a dated. You can't compare rooms to a higher end hotel. The front desk staff... more

The Chase has become our family's summer tradition. My now-10 and 12 year old simply assume that we will be spending several nights at the Chase each summer. I know it's HOT in the summer, but we just walk from our room to that sparkling wonderful pool - back and forth all day. This is one hotel pool where rafts... more

First the good, location and pool are wonderful. Nice to have free parking. The bad: very dirty, cat hairs on the sofa in the lobby, 2 pair of underwear and socks left by previous guest, faded furniture in room, flies and yes we had to deal with the condescending and rude desk clerk also. No apology for the underwear being... more

Super place. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Warm friendly people who went out of their way to see a couple of Brits without a car come to no harm. This is a special hotel and we did not wish to leave. Great breakfasts. We would even brave Chicago Immigration to stay again. Michael, we miss you. more

Booked this on the weekend thinking I would enjoy a really nice local place...but I felt it was really a motel experience. My room's windows needed washing to enjoy the view; the modestly appointed room smelled unbearably strong of chlorine bleach when I arrived; when I opened the (dirty) windows, they came off the slider; the toilet ball frequently had... more

As always, the Chase Hotel is wonderful! This is our 4th Christmas at the Chase in beautiful, sunny Palm Springs. This hotel is a real gem, just one block off the main shopping/dining district of downtown. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff keeps them in pristine condition. Love the retro bathrooms and also having a kitchen complete with... more

This is a gem of a place! It is clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We never moved our car once we checked in. We could have saved money and not even rented a car. The staff is very helpful and recommended places to eat and tours. They gave us excellent recommendations. It was a great vacation for us and... more

The Chase is wonderful. We wanted to get away from LA for a couple of nights and this place is terrific. Quiet, nice clean rooms, beautiful saline pool. The kitchen aspect is helpful as we are vegan and don't eat out much. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The color scheme in the rooms is gorgeous. Very muted tones... more
