This hotel was not a deal. I would most certainly NEVER stay there again. I think the $20 more per night at another property would be well spent. I have 2 small children and I didn't want them touching anything or walking barefoot in the room. I was so disgusted but we had tickets to events in Palm Springs and... more

They don't have heat in the rooms!!! They will supply you with a portable electric heater, tell you "it doesn't get cold in Palm Springs", and that "it was a corporate decision to disconnect the heating in the rooms". I did notice the lobby had heating. It may have been better to stay inside there over night instead of the... more

I stayed here for three nights as a sort of working "getaway" and to visit some friends instead of using the trip as a resort vacation. I am not one who believes that every single motel in a city needs to be renovated every two years or torn down, and because this kind of frequent renovating seems to be commonly... more

Booked this because it was very inexpensive and with the holidays, needed to be frugal. It was okay but I would not stay there again. You get what you pay for! Rooms were shabby, paint peeling in bathroom, musty smelling, beds not too comfortable... pool (s) are right in the parking lot and the "continental breakfast" is in room 138... more

I was duped into the 2 star rating thinking it would be a average decent hotel. BOY was I wrong. First I wasn't able to book the room I wanted online, I settled for what was available. Upon arriving I requested a ground floor room as I am unable to climb stairs. I was assigned a allegedly handicapped room. First... more

Was in PSP for a conference and wanted to save some money. The room was much cheaper than the conference hotel, but in hindsight, I should have spent more money to stay (a) closer to the conference, and (b) in a nicer hotel! Lighting was terrible - not enough light *in* the room to read, and too much light spilling... more

Run, do not walk, to another, any other hotel. This was gross and run down. AND they wanted $80 for it too. My family of 5 got our room keys and unloaded our stuff into the room. When I went inspecting the bathroom I found an ant crawling. No big deal. Then i found lots of bugs crawling behind the... more

See below Bad Cooling and heating system for the room was just an air conditioner in the window which did not regulate the temperatures well. Nasty complimentary coffee.
