Although the staff were very good, we were disappointed in the hotel. In particular, there was a large bedbug found in the morning in the middle of the bed. Hotel had good location right next to convention center. Even though we had non-smoking room, enough cigarette smoke came through ventilation system from other rooms to bother us most of the night. Attended conference in this hotel and found the rooms to be comfortable. There was no safe, and some of the non-smoking rooms got mislabeled. This is wonderfully situated room in the San Jose core. It is about half a mile from the San Jose Diridon Caltrain station. Wonderfully appointed rooms and within walking distance to anything worthwhile in the San Jose core. Great Stay!! more
