we had reservations for 2 nights in a non-smoking room. we were given a smoking room as there were no non-smoking rooms available. when we entered the room we were hit by the stench of stale cigarettes. it was unbelievable. i wouldn't walk barefooted on the carpet or lay my head on the bed - it just stunk. the clerk... more

While seemingly a good bargain, the hotel has bed bugs. If you have little experience with these critters, I recommend looking up more information. If you are particularly sensitive to their bite, your stay and the week after can be a nightmare! more

We stayed here for one night before heading to Great America Theme Park. Right away we noticed why it was "limited". It seriously needs a remodel. Basically a motel style building with aging features. Some updating were done over the years, particularly in the bathroom. The little garden in the courtyard by the ice machine smelled of foul, standing water and sometimes you can smell this in your room if the room is nearby. we did a park n fly from ramada limited on el camino in santa clara sept 8. The service was very good, kept our car for 10 days, very reasonable price. The room was very clean and on the main floor. couldn,t have asked for better. thanks ramada more
