We arrived at 6pm to check-in. The doors to the lobby were all locked and we could not enter. We knocked and knocked but there was no one in the lobby behind the Front Desk. Finally we found a phone in the hallway by one of the doors with a note saying to call the Front Desk to get in.... more

After one visit it was easy for me to decide I will never stay at the Deluxe Inn ever again! The only thing Deluxe about the hotel was the rate. The service was horrid and the room was in desperate need of paint and air freshener. more
