Visited for a weekend city centre break whilst visiting colorado. The hotel is very well located for the city centre. We arrived on the light rail which stopped directly outside the hotel. Reception: We arrived early and were allocated the room with no problems. Staff were welcoming. On check out, we had been charged for breakfast which was included within... more

"Absolutely" : all the staff there say the same phrass. I guess the management had read the reviews here and trying to improve. My impressions: (1) The location is great, a block from the 16th street pedestrian shopping mall. A lot of shops, restaurants there. Very convenient. (2) The bell boy was super helpful. If the hotel management read this,... more

I stayed here for 5 days as part of a business trip. I normally stay at the Marriott Park Meadows, but wanted a change of scenery on this trip. This hotel may be well suited for huge conferences but I didn't enjoy my stay. Even the executive lounge breakfast area was not up to snuff, with huge crowds every morning... more

This is a nice hotel, and conveniently located. We had a room on one of the concierge floors. Unfortunately, the concierge lounge on the 17th floor was closed (we arrived at 6:30 pm), and it was closed for the entire weekend! (So much for the benefits of a higher rate room.) Lobby was quite nice, with a Starbucks that was... more

I stayed here for a business meeting on 11/7 - 11/9. My request to be upgraded to the concierge floor was granted, despite being on a group rate. The room was what you would expect for a Marriott, with comfy beds and pleasing decor, but this one had a partial view of the mountains. The concierge lounge was one of... more

I travel every week to Denver for business, and have stayed at this hotel almost every week for the last three months. When I first arrived, it was great--the rooms are well done and comfortable, and the service was great. However, there has recently been a management change, and service has gone sharply downhill in the last two months. I've... more

We stayed here while attending a conference in October. For conferences it is very convenient, close to everything downtown, as well as the free 16th St shuttle, and the rooms spacious and accomodating. I liked it better than the conference we attended at the Adam's Mark. The food is very so-so...but I only ate the food supplied at the conference... more

I agree with the previous writer. We had a room on the 17th floor and were given access to the concierge lounge. Had a HAZY view of the Rockies. I thought it was very well located. Bar (food/drink) was very nice, illuminated by the large windows in the lobby above. The room was clean and the staff great. We would... more

Just back from a 24 hour business trip to Denver and I must say that I found the hotel better than others on the site said it would be. The staff was really pumped up due to the fact that the Rockies were in the play-offs and they were up to par for Marriot. I was upgraded to a mini-suite... more
