I forgot my $$$ ring, and called immediately. She said the maids might have found it, but they were gone. So I went back and asked to go back upstairs. I asked if anyone was in there. We statyed here one night in October. Had a nightmare journey as roads in and around Hartford are pretty scary at night and in the rain! However, eventually found the hotel (next to the Holiday Inn) and checked in. The receptionist was not too clued up as to where we could eat so we plumped for the mexican restaurant across... more

This motel had acceptable accomodations, except that the staff wasn't friendly and the room smelled bad and was dingy. Also, the maid walked into my room without knocking at 7 a.m. I guess this hotel was OK, but I'd much rather pay an extra $30 and stay in a motel that's not a dump. more
