The room was filthy. Hairs and other unmentionables under the sheets. Bathroom was worse than a truck stop. Looks like it wasn't renovated since 1976. the room stank of stale cigarette smoke. We checked in and checked out within 5 minutes. The customer service hotline was no help at all. Luckily the front desk clerk allowed us a full refund.... more

Hopefully Days Inn considers this hotel to be the armpit of their chain because I can't imagine it getting any worse. We were in town during Yale graduation (all the other hotels were booked) so we stayed here, and regretted every minute of it.
