The staff was very friendly when tips were flowing. In our 3 night stay mostly everything was nice. Except for a few rude staff members who made our stay very unpleasant. To spend over $190 a night and leave unhappy is not what we were looking forward too. more

I took my mother to Dover Downs for three days as a birthday present. Check in was fast and easy. Days before we arrived they sent an email reminder of our reservation. Everyone was nice. Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. Rooms are spacious with an oversized bathroom. Comfortable beds with upscale bedding. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location.
