Okay I got this hotel for only $40 on Priceline but I did have some expectations. I was looking for location on the interstate half way between Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco. The bathroom tap came off in my hand. The bath and shower were shabby - we avoided them The toilet did not flush completely. The bathroom extractor mad a terrifying noise and was not effective. The mattresses had large lurid stains. A door and the juice dispenser in the mess were out... more

Rooms reek of insecticide, switched to another room, it stunk too, also had roaches in second room. Shower curtain not waterproof allowing bathroom to flood. Bathroom smelled highly of cat urine. more

I stayed at this hotel and have to say I was surprised by the service I received all the staff was kind and helpful they went out of their way to make me feel like I was special they gave me directions to restaurants and the golf course I wanted to go to. I think they do it for everyone... more

Non-smoking room reeked. Bathtub rusty. Water from shower flowed through sheer shower curtain (?) leaving water on floor. Toilet seat would not stay up. Bathroom doorknob loose, making it difficult to open. Juice dispenser broken at breakfast. Very shabby all around. more

Even though this hotel is behind a truckstop, it is not bad. It looks like it was remodeled recently. It did have a deck near the pool in case you had a big group and wanted to have a big party. One of the aircondining units in one of my other rooms didn't come on and they did switch my... more
