A friend and I decided to do a quick getaway for the weekend, and we stayed at this condo and it was absolutely perfect. We got a two bedroom, two bathroom condo for 2 nights (friday-sunday). It was clean, well equipped and just perfect for what we needed. On the first day, we went over to the sister resort on... more

Went through VRBO.COM to rent, and could not have been happier. Judging by the reviews, I was a bit wary, and expected that I would be in a senior citizen nursing home. Well, we were VERY happy when we arrived. Though we did not use the condo agency, we used a private party (web). Saw all photos ahead of time,... more

Calling this a resort is a bit of an exaggeration. It is a nice condo building with a very nice pool and adjacent to the marina. There are no other facilities such as tennis, no spa, no restaurant, etc.. It is a short walk to a nearby convenience store or restaurant. It is at the quieter southern end of FMB,... more

I just returned from a trip to Ft Myers Beach where we stayed at this condo complex for 3 nights. Don't let the name fool you it is not a resort, it is a condo complex where the owners tend to be retirees. The room was clean, some of the decor was out of date. I stayed here with my... more

After much research on line & by phone we stayed here. The beach is not as close as they say, and above all the elevators were being given a scheduled maintenance. They never mentioned this to us when we reserved. They worked into the late evening and the noise of drilling and banging was very loud. There was only 1... more

We stayed at the Santa Maria Harbour Resort for nine days in June and genuinely have no critisms at all! We have been holidaying in Orlando for the past eleven years, but this year decided that we would try something a little different for the latter half of the vacation. Please let me stress here the fact that I am... more

Visited the area, week of5/19, five days. Stayed at The Santa Maria Resort. Spacious two bedroom, pool view, great. Well supposed to be over 25 guests, no way. The noise from the pool, full of unsupervised, under 10 Children. The pool area signs states, supervise children, pool closes at dusk, no way., try 10pm. Mentioned to the pool Man, its... more

Came here the last night of our 12 day vacation. The pool was very big and fun. Whirlpools were way too hot and tiny. The desk clerk was very nice. The rooms were SO spacious. Our kids were thrilled. Only downfall; the bathroom doors and shower insides were very old and in need of repair. A small inconvenience considering everything... more

There are so many pleasant things to say, I don't even know where to begin! My introduction to the Santa Maria Harbour Resort was meeting Ibrahim during check in. Ibrahim was a sweet man who assisted us with directions to the beach, places to eat, etc. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. The room was fabulous,... more

This was our second stay at Santa Maria. My husband and I love it! It is at the quiet end of the island and easy to get to Bonita Springs and Naples. The condo was immaculate and we were told they are completely redone every year. Everything is new and standard - you don't run the risk of winding up... more
