Stayed at the Banyan Resort and loved it! It's very clean, with the option of full kitchen and dining area. Staff was wonderful. This resort is located within close walking distance to Duval Street and the Sunset Pier, both main areas of interest for shopping, dining, and nightlife. We would love to stay there again! The room and property were quite okay, but the staff was gratuitously unpleasant - no hospitality or cheerfulness whatsoever; just a short, cold, "put upon" and almost threatening demeanor. It was as though they were quite tired of having any guests. This quite diminished the enjoyment of our stay. more
