We are a family of 6 and stayed for 3 nights. We found the accommodations met our needs. We were disappointed that there was no maid service during our stay, but guessing that is because it is primarily a time share facility. We got fresh towels, but no made beds. The Hyatt was great so was the staff, the rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. The airport is next door but its not a problem with noise, infact the navy flies fighters over the water every few minutes its pretty cool.Key West is the best place to vacation great food great bars. This is a beautiful resort. I am a Marriott owner and I must say that inside the villas compares to any Marriott property I have been to. The pool area is very large and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.
