I have stayed at Big Rubys several times and I have always loved it. I found the staff ,the rooms and the property to be spectacular but I was very disappointed upon arrival to find that the hot tub was out of order and had been so since the 4th of July weekend and to top it off the heated... more

The staff was great with the exception of the manager. The pool was cold and they refused to purchase more gas to heat the pool. To add insult to injury the hot tub was out of order with no plans to repair it in the near future. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. more

great hosts, great service, beautiful guest house grounds: pool, hot tub, sun decks, sitting areas, porches, and lounge with great TV; rooms are nice and clean. If you hang out in your room here you are a loser. We met great folks and had a great time and will return. Late breakfast will last you until dinner. more

My partner and I have stayed at Big Ruby's twice. First in July, 2003 and then again in July, 2004. Both times our visits were sheer heaven! The staff was always friendly and helpful.
