Everything was perfect for our stay. The only niggle was the beds were too soft. I prefer a firm bed but it's a minor point. Otherwise perfect. I highly recommend the 4 Seasons in Miami more

This is a beautiful, modern property, and the Four Seasons staff is seamless and charming as you would expect. One major warning: do not let yourself pay extra for a 'bay' view superior room. The vast majority of those rooms are on the hotel's south side, and your 'bay' view is of an older condominium building and...if you look far... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons Miami for 5 days last week for the marathon. I can't say enough about the hotel staff. The concierge was especially fantastic and provided great suggestions about getting around the city and making use of the people mover, which was free throughout the marathon weekend. They also recommended places to go out and generally... more

Four Seasons Miami is in the heart of Miami's downtown business district - great for business travellers but not where most tourists to Miami would ideally want to be, as there are no beaches, shopping areas, etc. within walking distance. However, we were pleasantly surprised - the pool area of the hotel is a destination in itself and the downtown... more

We have stayed here half a dozen times or so and consider it one of the top choices in Miami. We have also stayed at the following hotels in Miami: Doral, Fairmont Turnberry, The Raleigh, Loews, Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, Astor, Beach House Bal Harbour, Shore Club, The National, and The Sagamore. The Four Seasons is the best of those.... more

The Four Seasons Miami did everything right. Its expensive--no way around it--but when you leave--you are completely satisfied. The staff is warm and welcoming and every request is met with a smile. The Chef Concierge --Carlos makes your every wish come true. My partner was celebrating a birthday--and everywhere we turned--we were met with Happy Birthday wishes. Its that sort... more

Went back to the Four Seasons in December with family for a quick four day break before the holidays. Valet parking was efficient (had a rental car which is necessary in this area). Valet parking was great, car was always there when I called ahead). Check-in was also efficient. Booked a deluxe bay suite for my wife and 3 1/2... more

Overall--This is a Four Seasons, so the rooms were beautiful and the public spaces were quite elegant. However, the hotel has several service issues that are perplexing. These inconsistencies could be a bit maddening. Room--Very spacious and pleasant. Terrific marble bathrooms and the best part is the window seat, which allows guest to feel as though they are perched above... more

This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. I loved it the first time and thought the second was just as good. The rooms, as you would expect, were spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable and due to the height of the building the room had a pretty stunning view of Miami! Although it was in... more
