Great Brickell location and beutiful water views. Hotel layout is a little goofy - you take an elevator up to the 25th lobby to check in, then a different elevator down to your room. Bar has a good menu and great views, and was also pretty quiet and not crowded at all even though the hotel was sold out. Bed... more

Completed a three night stay at this hotel for a work function. It is located in the Brickell area of Miami which is more focused towards business travelers than vacationers. South Beach is only a 10-15 min drive from the hotel but can cost anywhere from $25-$35 via a cab. You can drive to many areas including Key Biscayne within... more

Where do I start, with the double charge from the hotel restaurant totaling almost $400 or maybe I should start with check in when they told us as we checked in that the AC had not been working for 2 hours, I actually made the reservation during the AC outage last minute which they only told us after we paid.... more

This is not a good facility- they slip in overcharges on your restaurant bill whenever possible. I wanted a duplicate copy of my restaurant receipt, was told there wasn't one available, and had to ask the manager three times for it. Over a week later, it was sent to me, with a 19% 'service charge' tacked on to the final... more

Stayed at this hotel as part of a family tour of florida. Our family consists of parents and children aged 20, 19 ,16, 16 and 4. We booked directly with the hotel who only took a deposit and then paid the final bill when we wre there. On check in the receptionists verified with us in writing the agreed room... more

I have recently stayed at this hotel. The room was about the size of the bathroom, overlooking a scenic freeway and a construction site. All night heavy bass was thumping from a bar across the street; when I asked for a change of room, the front desk told me, they had no other rooms avilable, but the noise will stop... more

This is my second time staying at Conrad Miami. We got some issues during our stay, but everything was resolved very quickly and professionally, they made sure that we leave the hotel happy. We're supposed to stay for 3 nights during winter music conference 2008. But on the first day we got there, they oversold our room. We had just... more

I checked in quite late in the evening and was told there were no non-smoking rooms left, so I would have to have a smoking room for the first night of my 2 night stay. Ho hum I thought, but they said I'd been upgraded to a suite so didn't mind too much. Anyway, when I got to the room,... more

An interesting thing about the Conrad in Miami is that the lobby is on the 25th floor, and the concierge is on the ground lobby. Weird, I thought at first. But when you think about it, Miami is a high crime city, and I think by having you walk past the concierge and all the ground floor emplyees, and taking... more

My wife and I were in Miami for the weekend and stayed at the Conrad Hilton for 3 nights. We visit often and usually try different hotels. The hotel occupies the top floors of the Espiritu Santo building on Brickell Ave. It is a good location on Brickell, and I expect that as Mary Brickell Village (a restaurant/shopping area a... more
