I had a nice rate at hotel website, and any problem to check in or check out. If you have a laptop you can use the wireless for free. Nice pool area, with 4 jacuzzis. They have huge staff problems there, check-in takes ages, room-service: no go, and if you have booked the Standard Rooms on Levels 2 to 9 (left site elevators from Lobby) then good luck! there is a huge construction going on just opposite of the hotel. First and foremost, if you do decide to stay at the Doubletree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, ask for a room NEAR THE ELEVATOR! Our room was towards the back of the hotel and took FOREVER to walk to (around several long corners and up a short flight of stairs).
