I booked this hotel on Expedia. The price was good for the location and the charge for the rental car parking was only ten dollars per day. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were also very friendly. My only complaint was that the pillows were very hard and I recommend bringing your own pillows! more

It looks like it's their standard practice to sold out the rooms that you paid in advance. When we arrived there it turned out that they didn't have a room for us in spite of that we paid for it 3 months before. You have to really kick the [--] of their room keeping service before they start to work.... more

We made reservations for 1 two-bedroom suite and 2 one-bedroom suites. This reservation was paid 2 months before our June 2008 arrival. My daughter and I just returned from a "bonding trip" to Miami Beach. We stayed at Newport Beachside resort. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The hotel has everything you need for fun in the sun and dining. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Charlie the concierge was very helpful. We definitely will be back! more
