My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Wilderness lodge for 5 nights. We will definitely consider staying here again. There were a few things we'd change, but overall the experience was great! Here's a quick recap! PROS Beautiful grounds & lobby. We had a beautiful view from our 5th floor balcony. The towel Disney animals were a nice touch... more

This is a true account of how we found this hotel. We spent our Honeymoon here for 14 nights in April 2008, and from the moment our taxi pulled into the drive of this beautiful building, my heart almost missed a beat, it was fab. From a bright hello from the bell hops on the outside station to the vast... more

We were there the week of May 5th and we loved it. The "geyser" they speak of looks like a large water fountain by the lake. The room and grounds were great. The slide at the pool is fun. Must eat dinner at the Whipering Canyon. All you can eat bbq. Such a fun night. The Roaring Forks ( counter... more

I stayed with my 3 year old daughter the week of May 5th and it was a wonderful experience. We checked in early and our room was ready. They were very accomodating at check-in. The lobby is spectacular and we had a great room overlooking the lake and the pool. We could see part of the Electric Parade every night.... more

This was my 10th vacation at Disney and first stay at Wilderness Lodge. First I came by mystelf so I don't have some concerns that families w/ small children might have. I had nothing but positive experience dealing w/ the hotel staff whether at the front desk, mousekeeping, the people in the restuarants and the counter service. My room was... more

We stayed in this hotel for a week this spring and we had a great experience. It was our first trip to Disney w/ our 2 kids ages 8 & 6 and the room was a great size. We had a queen bed and bunk beds. We had a flat screen tv and a view of the pool. The dressing... more

Love this hotel. We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge from 4/15-4/19. Had to leave the Wilderness Lodge to board the Disney Magic for a 7-day Western Caribbean cruise. Next time we will skip the cruise and just stay at the Wilderness Lodge and Disney World for another 7 days. We had the least expensive room and it was perfect for... more

My family and I stayed at the Wilderness lodge the week of 4/20. I only have two complaints. The resort is very large, and with two little ones under the age of 5, it was hard for us to lug them and their things around, such long distances. Also, their quick service food area, the Roaring Fork is really small... more

Our kids (ages 7 and 9) loved the hotel. They had bunk beds in our room which added to the adventure. The staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend staying on the concierge level. It gave my wife and I a place to relax and talk after we put the kids to bed. more
