The setting is very nice, way more peaceful than a hotel. The room had central air-so no noisy air conditioner. The bed was as comfortable as the bed I have at home, pillows were equally as nice. Huge tub perfect for lounging in. I definitely suggest staying here if you're in the area. more

Arrived with my daughter and checked out within the hour. The wooden chairs around the pool and outside of our room had rusted nails sticking out 1 inch in various places on each of them. The hotel is really nice with a very peacefull atmosphere. It is like a small village with independant cottages. The style, decoration and location are wonderfull. We loved staying at the Veranda. John the property manager was so kind and helpful. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area was so quaint and charming. There are great restaurants right across the street and the lake is 1 block away perfect for jogging and walking. We would definitely stay there again. more
