This place was pretty gross, anything other people have said are obviously clueless. At 4 in the morning we heard scratching on our door at the top not the bottom so it was not an animal. The hotel room is ok for its price, but beware: its far from everything, so if you want to enjoy some of the attractions and restaurants of I-DRIVE, you will have go driving, theres only 1 mcdonalds and 1 RedLobster nearby. Worst hotel I have stayed in. When we checked in there was no toilet paper. The next day the maid only left us 1 bath towel for 4 people. The maid service was terrible. When we checked in they didnt tell us about the free shuttles to the theme parks. The pictures on the website are nothing like the hotel.... more

I just checked in last night a little scared from past reviews I read. The fella at the desk was very nice and accomodating. My room overlooks the pool on the 4th floor. This hotel was ok for the price. We had a rate increase during our stay and then a decrease on our last night. During checkout they had not changed to the lower rate, I showed my conformation printout and they gladly changed the bill. The rooms are clean but the hotel needs a makeover. more
