From the overpowering cigarette smell to the mildewed, corroded master shower, unit 301 was a terrible disappointment. We originally booked unit #504 but were BUMPED to unit #203 because the owners decided to visit at the same time as our booking. New tile throughout the unit and wonderful new appliances make this one of the most desirable units in the Gulf Strand. Stayed there with the Mrs for a 4 night rat race escape in Condo 307. The unit was super clean and very well decorated. Good king size bed, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms, TV, DVD dinette etc.. all great except the unit is dark and has no sun whatsoever. Great for sleeping in late, or having dinner at home.
