My husband booked us a 3 night stay over the weekend at the Lido Islander. We paid $200 for the 3 nights & I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. We had a 1 bed suite which includes a Kitchen and separate dining area in the lounge. The staff were great too. Our room didn't have a hairdryer though. more

Read about this in Trip Advisor and decided to book for my mother's 80th birthday. Flew in from NC for almost 1 week stay. Thought we booked the bottom floor location but had the 2nd floor when we arrived - 3 bedrooms, 2baths, kitchen, TVS in every room. No problem with the stairs, so WORTH the great upper level porch... more

We just returned from the Lido Islander, we had a delightful time. The weather was great and our unit was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in 1 bedroom unit, and it had just about everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed being about to have a BBQ and eat outside under the stars in the garden area... more

We got the name of the property from a friend who had stayed there before. We were not sure what to expect, but we were very pleased when we arrive. The property is a small building near the beach and shopping. We had a 1 bedroom unit, it was clean and comfortable. We have a full kitchen in our. We... more

We arrived at the Lido Islander in November 2007 for a week of vacation, however all we experienced was a nightmare. We arrived via taxi only to find out by a note in the mailbox that we were not in fact staying at the Lido Islander, we had been moved to the Pelican Gardens, which happened to be 7 blocks... more

We are on the road a lot for business and this property is one of our favorite places. It is a relaxing place in a wonderful location( between the beach and the shops and restaurants of St. Armands Circle), and you can’t beat the prices. Depending on the time of year, we stay in different size rooms. There are two... more

Wanted to stay by the beach without spending lots of money, looked online and found the Lido Islander. The prices were very affordable and we were pleasantly surprise when we arrived. The quaint blue building was located on a quiet street in an otherwise active area. The beach and shopping are both just a short walk away. The rooms were... more

We just stayed at the Lido Islander in Sarasota, on Lido Key. We thought it was great. Lido Key is an amazing place. There is so much to do: bike riding, nature walks, great beaches, kayaking in the mangroves trails in Sarasota Bay, shopping on St. Armands circle, short drives for day trips to Tampa and Orlando. We liked the... more

After going through all of the reviews about the Lido Islander, I was a little afraid to book our stay there. My husband and I decided to give it a shot, since we adore Lido Key, and wanted to be close to everything. We held our breath when we walked into the room... we were expecting the ugly green carpet... more

We just found a neat little place in Sarasota, Florida. We wanted to get away for the weekend and go the beach. We picked Sarasota and decided to stay at the Lido Islander. We wanted to stay by the beach, still be able to afford to enjoy the area. The rate at the Lido Islander was very reasonable considering that... more
