After a maintenance fiasco and an 8 hour delayed flight, Delta put us up here overnight. The most unahppy night clerk was very upset that Delta would choose to send people to this hotel at 3 a.m. Got in room and only 1 of 4 lights worked. All the coffee trappings, just no pot. Changed rooms 3 times. Body hair in the first bed, body hair in the 2nd bed, cigarette ashes in the third bed. But at least the rest of the hotel was dirty, noisy and dank. This place is a dump. After reading these reviews, I regretted booking this room. I stayed there with my husband, 10 year old son and 2 small dogs. We needed to stay overnight near the airport, and we looking for a clean place to stay - not for amenities. The staff was extremely nice and courtesous.
