The location is great. Very convenient to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The rooms are very small. Not what you would expect in a Holiday Inn Express. My husband and I recently spent two nights at the Hotel Cass. The rooms are small by US standards but they reminded me of the hotels in Europe! The location is convenient to the Mag Mile and the trains. The hotel staff was very helpful, responsive and welcoming. I would return. more

My 9 year old daughter and I loved this boutique hotel. (ie., it is small). The free breakfast was a bit crowed but a great way to start the day. The location could not be more perfect.
