A great hotel for the money and a very helpful staff. When we arrived they didn't have any smoking rooms (we requested that in our reservation) but after hemming and hawing, they agreed to give us a non-smoking room. (The squeaky wheel gets the grease)! This property's condition has slipped in the years I have been staying here while visiting family in the area. It is still the best of the choice available in the area. The pool and hot tub are open until midnight which was great after a long day on the road. The service was must better than we expected for this class hotel: friendly, helpful, etc. The place was so much cleaner than some I have had to stay in, it was amazing.
