My hotel stay was horrible. First I was unaware that this hotel let dogs stay there. It had an odor and the carpeting was very dirty. The hotel itself is outdated as well. It was a disgrace to the name Sheraton. more

I got a king, non smoking room at this hotel on priceline for $45 a night. It is an older hotel but my room was very clean and nicely appointed. It has electronic controlled air with upscale amenities. This hotel DOES qualify for 3 star in my opinion. I was concerned after reading some reviews on tripadvisor but based on... more
As I write this, it is 1:24am and a dog in the next room has been barking a high-pitch whine for the last hour or so. The dog is actually a welcome distraction, given the fact the Banquet Manager and two security staff members were at my door at 11:12pm to collect $12.19 I owed from a room service charge.... more
This hotel was good and a fair value. It is located near a freeway interchange and a few restaurants. It was clean and had nice-looking restaurant that for some reason semed to never be patronized. The only problems were that the heating system makes a lot of noise and cycles on very often, making it hard to sleep comfortably, and,... more
We stayed here on a cross country trip. The property is quiet, especially for being next to the interstate. It is well-maintained, and everything is extremely clean and well-cared for. You could see that the furniture had been freshly vacuumed. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The only negative I can see is that the bathrooms are... more
-Thugs hanging out in the lobby -waited 25 minutes at 1:00am for front desk clerk to appear at checkin -stained carpets everywhere -slowest elelator on the face of the earth -poor bar staff (rude and unhelpful) -no compl. breakfast for plats. -kids inundate the place on the weekends -smells like smoke in many common areas -ran out of hot water... more
We were on a return trip from the Creation Museum near Cincinnati and it was getting time to stop, so we jumped off I-75 in Lexington and checked out a few motels at that exit. We ended up at the Four Points Sheraton because it looked the best on the exterior and had a decent rate. We were received kindly... more
I stayed at this hotel just recently for three nights while attending a tax seminar held there during the day. The rooms were poorly cleaned and I felt dirty the whole stay. The carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy and needed replacing in many areas. The tablecloths in the restaurant were nasty--and we were told to find a table with... more
Was not sure what to expect at a Four Points hotel along an interstate. Thought it would be more like other roadside hotels, was very surprised to find marble lobby area, nice restaurant and very clean room. Staff was super friendly and the location to area attractions was fantastic. The horse park is right up the road. more
I got this hotel through Hotwire and was very nervous after reading the other reviews. We found the hotel to be quite acceptable for a 3 star hotel for our 2 night stay. It is not outstanding but it is a nice hotel. The staff was courteous at check in, our room airconditioner had been turned on so the room... more
