We stayed at this hotel only one night. The front desk staff was friendly, the woman who helped at check in was new, so check in was a little slow, but okay. This hotel just recently converted to "Tempurpedic" mattresses. The king bed mattresses are too large for the frame, so one side of the bed rolls down and dumps you out.
