I received this room for free using my points from Choicehotels. We stay in Lexington at least 3-4 times a year and thought this would be a good choice due to location and obviously cost. I will never go back. As soon as we checked in there was a physical and extremely loud fight outside our room. Throughout the night... more

I didn't get the opportunity to stay at this location due to a very unfair reservation procedure. A month ago I booked a room for two nights at a government rate of 47 dollars a night. Then early this week (the week of my stay) I called to add a night on to the reservation. The clerk told me the... more

When we arrived the front desk, people were extremely helpful. The room was clean but was a little outdated. I found it strange that they had no fitted sheet on the bed. When we were leaving the staff was nice and let me know that in the spring they will be finishing there renovation of the hotel. She told me... more

We went to Lexington for a ballgame at Rupp Arena. The hotel was close to Rupp Arena but it was disgusting. There were cigarette butts and beer caps behind the furniture and on the floor beside the bed. The carpet was filfthy. It was almost black and in the pictures it was red. When I made the reservation the lady... more

We travel through Lexington a few times a year, and normally stay at a Comfort Inn. I noticed that the price for this Quality Inn was a little cheaper, though, so we tried it. Never again! The room smelled musty/moldy, the carpet and the bed linents were almost threadbare and the pillows were as flat as magazines. I honestly can't... more

The location is fine and the room was quiet once the pool closed at 10 pm. This is an older property that is showing some age. The room could have been cleaner and the rug definitely needed to be replaced. The bed felt good and the linens/towels were good. The continental breakfast was a little better than most other brands... more

I have stayed here twice and while the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are of varying quality. The first time I stayed the room was decent but less than spotless and looking a little raggedy (spots on the upholstery, very worn furniture, musty smell), not exactly recommendable given the other options in the area. However, the second... more
