When I arrived I was given a room without a Microwave and a fridge. I REQUESTED THIS WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION. And was told that those items would be extra but I would have them in my room. My group was amazed at the overly attent,ive and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and taken care of and if anything was needed it was taken care of right away. The staff was cheerful and seemed to like their job. The water park was a delight. We plan on using again next spring. more
