I have stayed over a period of months at this hotel. They need to power-wash the walks and clean up around the vending areas. Most of the air conditioners do not remove the humidity from the rooms-plugged up??? I mentioned it to them and they moved me to another room but problem exists in most rooms, your newspaper will wilt... more

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Bossier for almost a month. The staff was very friendly and treated me like part of the family. Their rooms were nice and clean. If I am ever in Bossier City again, I will definately be staying with them again. more

Staff in lobby were professional and friendly...Room was very clean. Pool was open and clean. Kid friendly....kids made sand castles on volleyball court/sand. A very pleasant stay.. more

Rooms were dirty, draining problems in tub and sink, carpet was dirty, bugs in bed. Had to be moved 3 times because of problems. Do not recommend, rooms are not worth the price they are charging! I would recommend the Hampton Inn or Residence Inn but not Holiday Inn. more

Water stained ceiling, bathroom door that wouldn't close due to damage, leaky faucet, worn out bedding, and a mediocre breakfast. Was awakened two nights in a row by fire alarms!
