We loved the Kelley house. Our room was wonderful. The location is awesome. Right on the water, next to the Chappy Ferry. Our kids took a craft class at the sculpin gallery right next to the hotel. The breakfast was really great. When our friends visited, the staff was gracious enough to invite them to have some breakfast too. Really... more

I would absolutely recommend this B&B! Two thumbs up. Location is unbeatable, service goes above and beyond. The rooms were very clean, oversized, and luxurious. We had plenty of space for myself, husband, and 2 year old to sprall out and not feel cramped. The hotel was very clean and well furnished. The atmosphere was "Martha's Vineyard Picturesque." Visiting in... more

The Kelley House was a huge disappointment, from our experience making a reservation to the time we checked out. For starters, we tried calling, and never managed to speak with anyone who understood how to make a reservation! As a result, it required no less than 4 phone calls to finally book a suite. After being told on the 2... more

There is a lot to like about Kelley House. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. The location is in the center of Edgartown. The Concierge was extremely helpful. The rooms were well furnished and the beds were top notch. There were a few items that were less than excellent. We did not know there... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Kelley House over memorial day weekend. We booked the cheapest rate in the garden house and were worried that it would be dumpy because of the rate. It was great. We took the edgartown ferry and the hotel was 100 ft off the dock right in the center of town. Everything in edgartown... more

We were looking for a place that could accomodate a family (myself, husband, and two teens) in one room, and found the Kelley House had availability. I almost didn't go because I was concerned about the other reviews. In fact, I asked reservations about those issues, and they assured me that any issues from the summer had been addressed and... more

Kelley House was one of three high-end properties that we stayed in during a recent two-week visit to Martha's Vineyard. It was the highest-priced of the three, at $360/night with breakfast. It also deliverred the lowest value for money, by far. The room was cramped and ordinary. The wireless internet did not work anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was... more

My husband and I stayed at the Kelley House over the week of 4th of July. We were told upon check in that we were not allowed to keep our bikes in our room, that the Kelley House has provided a bike rack outside for bikes. We bought a bike lock and locked up our bikes outside at the designated... more

My husband choose the Kelley House based off of the reviews on tripadvisor.com. We had a great time. However, after a long day of travel, when we finally arrived at the Kelley House around 5:30PM, our room was not available. We were not happy, and spoke with the manager on duty. She was very nice, and offered us a free... more
