Enjoyed a three day stay here and found staff great and the hotel facilities ample, particularly as we were off season. No negatives really, bit pricey being the Cape and not an easy access out of the hotel on to a busy road, but enjoyed our stay. more

My wife and two kids stayed two night sover Presidents weekend. The website for Radisson offered a special which we took advatange of. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful. The rooms offered Sleep number beds, which in my opinion was a nice touch. The rooms had a fresh coat of paint. They were your standard... more

This hotel is really quite nice. Although we only stayed there for one night, it would be a suitable base for an extended stay in this area. The receptionist was pleasant, and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We didn't eat there or use any of the facilities such as the pool, so, therefore, we can't comment. It's location... more

I hate to say it but some of the earlier reviews were right! The hotel is not what you would expect of the Radisson brand. It is shabby and run down, there are strange smells throughout, the pool area is dark and uninviting, we could never catch the bar and dining room open, the staff are indifferent and the quality... more

and believe us when we say, its a very decent hotel. Lovely rooms, absolutely no funny smells anywhere! The beds were amazing. We only stayed one night, but ate in the restaurant which was great food and nice waiting staff. Also, even though there was a function going on, where we were you didn't hear anything. The whole experience was... more

well we stayed here and it wasn't that bad but the place was a bit wierd! Some of the staff were great, they gave us a great beach to go to! But on the breakfast/lunch/dinner staff were very unwelcoming, but we didnt eat there that much so it didn't matter! more

the good points to this hotel are lovely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and decor was bright and cheerful. The pool was fantastic cant understand other peoples reviews. I think the problem is when you walk past the big glass window on the higher floor you look down on to the pool. It has dark tiles so... more

Our family of three just returned from a stay at the Radisson, Hyannis and were extremely disappointed! Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, it certainly did not make up for the downfalls of the hotel. First of all, after being in the hotel only one night, we had to switch rooms because of a major flood of our bathroom... more

The noise from other peoples rooms as well as from their function room allowed no sleep until after 2am in the morning....ridiculous when you are trying to sleep from 10-11. This was the THIRD time we tried them , they invited us to try no charge. The SAME exact problem 3 times over..I would never go again. We left to... more
