Wow! What a find! Fantastic location, free and easy parking and right on the water! In addition...clean, clean clean! Quiet and charming and quaint place to stay. Owner was lovely and very kind and David the housekeeper-he is the man! He was charming, helpful and oh so sweet! This place is the best. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy... more

We loved Dyer's and would never stay anywhere else in Provincetown! The rooms are simple, but very clean and spacious and each one has an ocean view. Our private deck was practically over the water! The motel is right off Commercial St.- easy walking distance to any place you want to go in Ptown. The staff was friendly and helpful.... more

From the moment you make your reservation from the details found on the web, you know you are in for something very special at Dyer's Beach House. There are not too many hotels left on the beach in Provincetown and this offers wonderful decks, and great living space directly on the beach facing Provincetown Harbor. The views are absolutely amazing,... more

I visited Provincetown for the first time July 5-8, 2008. I had little time to research accommodations so I relied on the reviews here for Dyer’s Beach House & Hotel. I’m so glad I did! Booking over the phone was a piece of cake and Mrs. Dyer was very welcoming. The day before we arrived I called to confirm that... more

Tripadvisor posters/critics will frequently say things like, "How much time do you spend in your room anyway?" At Dyer`s Beach House you won`t want to leave your room. The view from your deck will be an integral and important part of your stay and you`ll want to experience it as much as possible. We had room #5, one of the... more

Love, love, love this place. The staff is the greatest. So well kept and I love that each of the five rooms have a deck. The room was larger than I thought it would be. Also full tub and shower. Many places I've stayed in the Cape only had a standup shower. Very relaxing....I didn't want to go home. Within... more

I hesitate to rave about this great place as it`s somewhat of a secret hideaway, but Dyer`s Beach House information begs to be shared with others. We had one of the two second floor rooms which are the largest here. There are 2 double beds at opposite ends of the room. The stunning views from the small private balcony are... more

It`s a hidden gem in every sense. This small, 5 room motel is down a narrow driveway off of Commercial Street with only a small, unobrusive sign announcing it`s existence. It`s a charming, flower bedecked place from the outside with a single parking space for each unit. While the rooms are somewhat small, they are well maintained, immaculately kept, and... more

Visited P-Town for 3 nights in September. Great place. Very relaxed and pretty town. Found a lovely motel called Dyers beach house. Right on the beach and all five rooms have a balcony with great view. Perfect stop right in the middle down a small lane off commercial street. more
