We stayed at the Shoreline Inn with a dance group. I will never stay at this hotel again. We had problems with our A/C unit in the room for 2 days and the owners (Susan & John)of the Hotel didn't care and would not discount our room. The Breakfast was the worse. The breakfast room was so hot (80) and... more

My fiance and I decided we wanted to get away for the weekend for something different. I had wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn, Muskegon-Harbor however we were a bit shy of turning 21, so the lady at the front desk mentioned that there was a hotel behind them where you could be 18. We were still excited and... more

We have stayed at this hotel twice and been sorely disappointed each time. During our first stay, we had a corner room with a hot tub and fireplace. There were not enough towels in the room to accomadate the hot tub and the shower. We called down around 9 pm for more towels. The lady who answered the call said... more

Thank You, we had a wonderful time. My family came in from out of town to spend time with my son who was celebrating his birhtday. We all had a great time, thanks for the hospitality, and we will be back! more

I live in this town and it's by fa the best hotel in the area. Second best would be the Holiday Inn. Very clean. Pool is ok. Staff was very friendly. Had no problems, would stay there again with out a doubt. more

An impressive hotel on their website.... we thought we would have a wonderful anniversary celebration. The building was beautiful as we approached along the streets of industrial Muskegon. As we pulled into "Terrace Point" the beautiful facade started to fade. The grounds were very unkept/full of weeds and thus began a feeling of dread. We walked in to the lobby... more

I stumbled on this place 2 years ago. It was the best stumbling I have ever done! The hotel is situated on the shore of Muskegon Lake in the old industrial area. It is off by itself, save for its marina and Rafferty's. Its parking is plentiful and free. The room we always get is a corner King as it... more

We recently stayed at the Shoreline Inn for 2 nights as an anniversary getaway. We booked the rooms at the very last minute, so we didn't have a lot of choice as most of the other hotels in Muskegon were sold out. We were quite nervous after reading some of the reviews here, but when we got there we were... more

The Shoreline Inn, on the shore of Muskegon Lake, is a beautiful hotel. We have stayed there several times to visit family nearby, and we look forward to being guests there again soon. The property is fairly new and in good repair. The furnishings are lush and Victorian, providing a feeling of visiting a beautiful mansion. Our beds were comfortable,... more

We spent the night waiting for the 10:15 car ferry to Wisconsin. The car ferry's reservations were filled, but we were able to get on standby. The hotel lobby impressed with antiques and Victorian decor. The nicely furnished room was a bit small, but did have a very large bathroom, fullsize refrig and microwave. The mold along the rim at... more
