Make no mistake. This is a casino with a high rise hotel above. If you can handle the fact that the lobby is stuffed with gaming machines and the associated gamblers, a restaurant, a gift shop, and a music stage, then you probably won't have a problem. The Carson Station was a very comfortable hotel. The lounges and the staff were the greatest. The place is very clean and the water pressure in the showers was great. Carson Station is a great location if you want to travel to Virginia City or Yosemite. I had the best vacation while staying at the Carson Station. more
