We stayed in Elko at the Days Inn for 3 nights while on a birding trip to the Ruby Mountains. The woman that checked us in was very very friendly. We stayed for one night on our trip from Northern California to Salt Lake City. Though adequate as basic lodging, I would not stay here again. On the plus side, it was cheap, check-in was easy, and TV channel selection was good. The room itself was fairly clean. As a German I just want to say that the Days Inn Motel was really great. The Old Lady at the Reception Desk was really nice.
