A golfing friend and I stayed here 4 nights. We were greeted by friendly staff throughout our stay. Hotel refused to cancel a reservation just barely inside their 48 hour window even though it was made just a day before. I became very ill and even offered to reschedule the reservation but hotel was completely rude and inflexible. more
