First off i did book last minute so i will give them a little credit it for that. The hotel overall was ok....the dining choices were pretty good. i got a "standard" room in the sedona tower that ended up being on the first floor with view of the pool which wasnt to bad but i had to keep the... more

Our room was considered a "deluxe" room. The deluxe part was that is had a coffee maker, clock radio, and pillowtop mattress. The room furnishings were in excellent condition, so maybe the room was newly remodeled. (I have nothing to compare that to, since this was our 1st time staying at the Edgewater.) Our room was a river view and... more

My husband and I stayed at the newly renovated Edgewater Hotel for 4 nights June 8th. We stayed in the Sedona Tower on the 22nd floor. Check in and the elevators the first afternoon were the only problems. Check in is very inefficient, making people wait back in line after registering to pick up their keys once room was ready.... more

Check in at midnight was a breeze, upgraded us to a river view king room for free. Room was very nice, clean, and looked newer. The next morning at 8:15am we hung our little card on the door to make up the room, when we returned at 8pm the room had not been touched and the little sign was still... more

Hey I have read a lot of stuff but I have been here 5 times with my family and I gotta say. all though this is not a 5 star place, it sure beats Motel 6 any day. We were treated nicly and have not had any promblems except for one monir thing, one of our rooms and that was... more

After reading all the reviews you wonder just what people want in a hotel room. I read don't stay in the Monterey tower which is only three floors. The Sedona was the best but more expensive. No one mentioned the Santa Fe tower which is only six floors. The hotel site didn't mention the Sedona just pool or river view.... more

The Edgewater offers basic accomodations. It's nothing fancy, but if you're not planning to use the room for anything except sleeping, it's fine. An earlier reviewer (Palla) had a bad experience with respect to the cleanliness of the room and the (lack of) housekeeping. I can't say whether his experience was unusually bad or whether mine was unusually good, but... more

We arrived at the Edgewater on Saturday, March 15, for a 6 night stay. Drove in after spending 5 previous nights in Las Vegas. We stayed at the Edgewater. The casino was very nice and I didn't lose a fortune there. I found myself playing mostly video poker and each night played live poker in their poker room. Great dealers... more

My husband and I were travelling Arizona, Nevada and California and we decided to do a two night stay in Laughlin. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite in the Sedona tower. It was perfect. Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was more than we expected, a gorgeous suite, king size bed and an AMAZING jacuzzi tub. After site... more

It has been over 5 years since we stayed at this property. At that time we were well pleased. This time under the new management we were disappointed. Stayed there because of good rates and prior good service. We did luck out with a riverview room, but were located as far from the elevator as possible. Long walk for older... more
