Stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. At check in I asked if there were renovated rooms, and there are, so we payed a little more and rented one of those. My parents came with my family and we had a suite side room and king side room. Suite has full kitchen, murphy queen bed and murphy... more

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days. We were given, what I can only presume (from previous reviews) a refurbished room. The room was neat, tidy and bed was comfortable. The maid service did clean and tidy the bathroom, but didn't manage to make the bed! We had booked the room on the Hotels own website,... more

The remainder of the unfurbished rooms should be completed this year but as another tripadvisor person stated, avoid the old rooms. Ripped/stained carpet, old glassware, a big eewww. As we had specifically asked for a new room, after a day and a half of complaining, we did get switched. The layout, convenience, and views this facility provides are the best.... more

I booked this hotel for our family of four with great expectations during the kid's February break from school. From the moment we checked in there was a two and a half hour delay, with little in way of an apology, even though 5:00 check in was GUARANTEED. The entire resort was not only severely understaffed but it also had... more

My husband & I own a vacation home in Lincoln, and we have been frequenting The Villagio Spa at The Mountain Club on Loon for a while now. The staff: Debbie, Ryan,[ who I can't say enough about is extremely attentive to your needs.] Matthew , April, Chanette, and Mellisa are well trained in the expertise of facials, massage, &... more

The hotel's facilities are fine, and its food good, but insist that you stay in one of the refurbished rooms, or you may end up as we did in one of the rooms provided with a wall bed which was truly awful. The mattress was thin, and afforded little protection from the springs. A sleepless night resulted. more

My boyfriend an I just went up to NH for a weekend getaway, we had a very nice stay. The king club room felt small at first, but perfect for our needs. The resort had all we needed, if not, the town was a short drive away. The breakfast was really good too! We don't believe we could have done... more

My family and I were looking for a place to stay for a nice relaxing vacation; nothing was really popping out at us until we found the mountain club! We first called the hotel with basic questions (and weird ones as well) they were more than willing to help us out, as we weren't quite ready to book we couldn't... more

My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Mountain Club from February 4th -10th 2007. We arrived late and so stayed in the hotel bar that evening. Being a Sunday it was pretty busy with apres ski and the food looked nice so we chanced it. The steak was excellent however avoid the poached prawn starter - 4 defrosted... more

We were slightly disappointed with the stay at Loon Mountain. The check in desk was not marked, so when we arrived after dark it was very difficult to figure out where it was. There must have been some kind of religious convention there and it made us feel somewhat out of place. When we arrived and checked into the room,... more
