Hotel was fine but three cheers for the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient otherwise it can be bad with two kids ( 4 and 2). I had a king room booked but they upgraded it to a double. Rooms didn't have any microwaves and there wasn't one in the common area but staff had no problem warming milk... more

We stayed here for one night the night we got married and had a lovely experience. They were very nice and accomodating. We stayed in room 404 which shared a balcony overlooking NYC skyline. The room was large and the views were amazing. You can take the ferry to NYC with a short walk out the front of the hotel.... more

First visit to NYC and very glad we chose to stay here. Briefly: 3 of us stayed, no extra charge for 3rd person, two double beds very comfy, sofa bed and flat screen, two sinks in the room, everything clean, friendly service, nice breakfast (great bagels, fruit, yogurt etc.), nice lobby, great decor, no bell boys have to carry things... more

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the hotel and especially the location very much. The room was nice and clean, great comfy bed and the biggest flat screen television I have ever experienced in a hotel room before. The only irritating thing was that the room was located close to the elevator, so we could hear the noice from... more

My husband was at this hotel for a week of business and so my family decided to drive out and join him for a two night stay. We spent one day in Manhattan and visited Central Park, Times Square area for dinner, and the MM's Store. The hotel is located not far from Manhattan, but getting thru the Lincoln Tunnels... more

We decided to stay at this hotel because of its ease to get into Manhattan. It could not have worked out better. The hotel is just terrific, the rooms clean and modern, and you can't beat having a bigscreen to watch TV at the end of the day. The complimentary breakfast with Starbucks coffee is a nice added bonus. The... more

I picked this hotel from trip advisor. I originally booked it on hotels.com but when I called the hotel to confirm 2 days before arrival, they did not have my reservation. I immediately called hotels.com but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up instead and cancelled the hotels.com reservation online. I decided to book directly... more

Booked 5 nights through Hotwire. Took a cab, which came to $50 + tips from Newark. 20 minute bus ride to Manhattan at 10-20 minute intervals from right outside the hotel. Avoid rush hour though. Buses run through 1 AM. Rooms are reasonably sized with a big screen TV and free wi-fi. Bathroom was very small though. No swimming pool... more

It was a first class room with the 42in TV and the separated rooms. The bed was very comfortable and you could see the TV from the bed or living room. The free breakfeast was good, but you are going to want to order breakfeast if you are there for more then a day. For that, I think the embassy... more

Check-in Friday night at 10:30 went smoothly, received tips for my visit to NY. Son was in MLG tournament at the convention center, approximately a 2 minute walk from hotel. My New York visit, rode the 320 bus located in rear of hotel which took us directly into Manhatten, Port Authority ($3.15), about a 10-15 bus ride, nice bus, comfy... more
